Privacy notice
Last updated 16 September 2026
This notice explains what personal data Cuanco collects when you visit cuanco.ie or book a call, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Cuanco is the trading name of Cuanco Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 794162), with its registered office at Crossmahon, Bandon, Co. Cork, P72 E368. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Contact: fiachra@cuanco.ie
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: basic technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or track you across other sites.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To arrange and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about working together. This is a step you asked us to take before any contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To run, secure and improve the website. This is our legitimate interest in a site that works and stays safe (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar and receives the details you enter when booking.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from attacks and provides cookieless visitor statistics.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
- Our email provider handles messages sent to cuanco.ie addresses.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to talk about working together. If we don't go on to work together, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact. If we do, they become part of our client records.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising. The booking calendar provided by Cal.com may set cookies it needs to work.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email fiachra@cuanco.ie and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
